Design Concept:
Engineering is based on three pillars: (function, safety, and economy). This idea was borrowed (architecturally and structurally) to design the office tower with a three-sided horizontal plan based on only three pillars (which include elevators and staircase cores) and without columns.
Project Description:
The project consists of the Engineers Syndicate building (2 floors, a basement, and an office tower with 8 floors raised and separated by two floors above the Syndicate building to clarify its stability without columns), conference halls, a club, a sports hall with shops, a cafeteria, and parking.
