Design Concept:
Media is divided into three types: visual, audio, and read. Therefore, the concept of the triangle was inspired to form the horizontal layout of both the hotel and the residential towers, in addition to some parts of the facades, with the use of curves at the vertices of the triangle to achieve the flow of the news.
Project Description: The project includes:
Studios and a printing press (5 floors and a basement) – 2 residential towers (22 floors per tower) – Hotel (25 floors) – Shopping center (3 floors) – Medical center (5 floors) –
Media University (5 floors) with schools (3 floors) and a hall with a capacity of 1000 person.
Estimated project cost: 160 million dollars.
